Refund Policy

Last updated: September 26, 2026

Try before you pay

Every new QuillFlow account starts with a free trial — full access, no card required — so you can make sure the app fits your workflow before paying anything.

Our merchant of record

QuillFlow subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the order, payment, taxes and order-related enquiries, and issues any refund back to your original payment method.

14-day money-back guarantee

If QuillFlow isn't working out, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full. This applies to your first payment on a new subscription; renewal payments are covered below.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time before a renewal and keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. If a renewal charges when you didn't intend it to, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it — accidental renewals where the app wasn't used in the new period are refunded.

How to request a refund or cancel

  • Cancel: use the “Manage subscription” link in any Paddle receipt email, or sign in at saasquill.com/account.
  • Refund: reply to your Paddle receipt email or reach us through the contact page with the email you subscribed with. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days once processed by Paddle.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds outside the windows above, or where we see abuse of this policy (for example repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles). Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country, including consumer withdrawal rights in the EU and UK.
